We offer students two tracks, Finance and Tech, allowing students to develop a skill set that will help them get a running start as soon as they begin their careers.

Our program is unique because it takes a gender specific approach to professional development. Not only will we give these women the skills they need to succeed, but we will prepare them to tackle the challenges of being a woman in the workplace.

Innovation
challenge
After completing our 6 week program, the students will be tasked with exploring the challenges facing their home communities and using the skills they've learned to develop a solution. They will present their solutions at our Annual Gala to an audience of friends, family, sponsors, and media.
